We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead a busy café. In the role you will be supervising staff, overseeing costings and budgets, managing the purchasing, preparing rosters and timetables, and training staff while ensuring all safety standards are met and all food handling regulations are consistently followed. Hours for the role are 40-45 between 7 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. You will need to possess a Bar Managers License, café and barista experience, great communication skills and have proven ability in organising and managing staff.
