This position offers you the opportunity to enter the legal practice field as a personal assistant to a Legal Executive. Whilst previous legal office experience is not essential, to meet the requirements of this position you must be a very competent typist (Dictaphone) have great spelling and accuracy in your output. You will be very highly conversant with using Word and also be knowledgeable in the accounts and reconciliation processes. This is a fulltime position with a constant busy workday where your organisational and task completion skills will be well utilised. |

This position requires your attention to customer service and ensuring that the team and company are supplying and meeting their service contracts. You will be meeting with clients on a regular basis to complete your quality checks and also to work with them on any improvements or extra services that the company can supply. To be successful in this role you need to be able communicate well and be successful at building positive client relationships You will be responsible for completing client reports and capturing this data on the company database. You need to be well organised and display the ability to self manage your area of responsibilities. Salary plus benefits (Car and phone) along with opportunity to progress. |

Contact Centre Officer

If you enjoy a contact centre environment, have great customer service skills and are able to problem solve, read on. This position is in an internal contact centre that receives inquiries on company products (training courses) and application procedures. Ideally you will have previous contact centre experience and be able to answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and quickly determine the nature of the call and deliver the appropriate information. You will also be required to accurately enter all call information on a computerised system. Advising students over the phone requires a high level of communication skills. This is a permanent position working the hours of 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri. We are also recruiting for a contract position for a period of 6 months |

In this role you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the HR Group. Your previous experience in providing team support in the areas of word processing, correspondence, reports and providing information and data will be well used in this role. As a member of the HR Group your systematic and meticulous work approach and ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount. You will need to have good time management and prioritising abilities to manage your work load and undertake special projects as required. You are an interface with staff on HR matters along with working relationships with external agencies and business areas. Your team work, your interaction skills and ability to work and deal professionally and tactfully with people will be well utilised in this role. |
